When we store our personal or business assets, we want to be sure that those goods are safe in every respect.

Our warehouses have been made with materials from leading companies in the US market for what concerns the dividers and fixed structures for self-storage.

Our Self Storage is equipped with individually alarmed boxes. This means that each user has a personal and customizable code that allows him to access his deposit at any time, acting only and exclusively on his own alarm. Consequently, in all the temporary deposits present in Maxicubo, there is always an active anti-theft device.

Access to your warehouse can take place only and exclusively through the pin code that you set yourself when signing the contract. Our access management software records all movements, both inbound and outbound, to ensure that the situation within Maxicubo is always under our control. Furthermore, all the common parts of our structure are equipped with a video surveillance system. The alarm in each single warehouse is instead connected to an emergency service outside our office hours.

Delicate goods

Not all goods need the same types of treatment: delicate goods deserve a separate chapter.

Paintings, antique furniture, books and prints find space in our warehouses as the conditions of our structure allow them to be stored.

There is no humidity in our boxes, the goods are not exposed to sunlight and, above all, they are not exposed to severe changes in temperature during the year. Thanks to the thermal insulation present in the central backbone of the deposits located on the ground floor and the openable skylights on the first floor of our self-storage, we always guarantee a pleasant temperature and constant air exchange.

AIR CONDITIONED BOXES

  • Box with washable surfaces and flooring for storing wines and any other type of drinks.

HANDLING

  • Trolleys and pallet trucks to help you move your goods;
  • Electric forklift with man on the ground, on request, with operator.

  • Convention with local, national and international carriers.

Insurance coverage

To protect your assets at 360 degrees, we have joined an active insurance agreement on theft, fire, natural disasters and any damage that the customer could cause to the structure and to the assets of other customers. With a fixed cost of only € 7.50 per month (not even 25 cents per day), our insurance agreement guarantees you for a maximum amount of € 3,000.00.

In the event that you believe that your assets deposited at our facility require greater protection, it is possible, starting from our basic insurance, to request a higher coverage, or to request one independently.
